Privacy

We store what the desk needs to run your account, route a live order you authorised, and support you. Rows are scoped to your signed-in user. We do not sell data.

Account

Email, display name, password hash or a linked MetaMask address, email-verification state, and an authenticator secret if you enable 2FA. Login codes are sent to the inbox you verified. They expire. We do not show those codes on the desk.

Account details and identity

Name, country of residence, and phone. If you start identity verification, we also store the documents and details you submit, the review status, and the staff decision. You can update account details from Security. A rejected verification can be resubmitted.

Identity review is a desk control. It is not a regulated onboarding process. Documents are visible to authorised staff so they can approve, reject, or hold a submission.

Broker credentials

MT5 login, server, and password are stored so the engine can place orders on the account you connected. Credentials are masked after save. Disconnect removes the connection. Do not paste a password you cannot rotate.

Trading, wallets, and billing

Positions, order log, pipeline events, risk settings, notifications, tickets, and audit actions. Bot activations, membership, store orders, Wallet Balance movements, Funding Wallet addresses, deposit and withdrawal requests, and payment references from the card or crypto gateway. We do not store a full card number. Card checkout is handled by the payment provider.

Support and community

Tickets, replies, and attachments you send from the desk. Public contact-form messages. Community links you open are handled by the service you join, not by this privacy notice.

Your controls

You can disconnect a venue, disarm the bot, update account details, and close tickets. To delete an account, contact support from the desk. Deleting a desk does not close the account at your broker and does not move margin that sits there.
