Terms of use

These terms govern your use of SummitFx A.I., a personal AI forex desk. By creating an account you agree to them, together with the risk disclosure, privacy notice, and regulatory notice.

What SummitFx A.I. is

SummitFx A.I. is software. It lets you connect a live MetaTrader 5 login, activate a bot for a defined trading duration, and see fills, skips, and blocks on your own desk. It is not a broker, not a bank, and not a managed account.

SummitFx A.I. never takes custody of trading margin, never operates an omnibus book, and never becomes the counterparty to your orders. Equity stays in your brokerage account. If no live venue is connected, desk equity is 0.

Live routing requires a live MT5 login. Demo servers are rejected. Research charts and historical simulation do not route orders.

Accounts

You create a desk with email or MetaMask and verify the inbox. You save account details — name, country of residence, and phone — and you may complete identity verification in Security. Authenticator 2FA is optional.

You must be 18 or older, entitled to trade FX or CFDs where you live, and the lawful owner of any MT5 account you connect. One person, one desk. A seat is not transferable.

Bot activations and membership

Nine AI bots across 3 Days, Weekly, and Monthly — three in each category — plus Summit A.I. Desk membership, are licences for desk and bot capacity. A seat sets the trading window and the pair list that bot may use. It is not a promise of fills, and not a pooled fund.

You may pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, crypto, or Wallet Balance. A bot unlocks only after the gateway confirms or the Wallet Balance debit succeeds. Funding Wallet balances in USDT are for deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. They are not used to activate bots or to buy store items.

A daily cap is a ceiling, not a target. Quiet markets stay flat. The engine will not invent a trade to fill a cap.

Your broker, your orders

You supply the MT5 login, server, and credentials. Live orders route through the connected MT5 account or an MT5 brand server when a bridge is configured. You remain the client of the broker, not of SummitFx A.I. The desk does not hold the keys.

Before a bot can be armed, live pipelines check subscription, signal generation, MT5 connection, and risk. The bot cannot arm until those checks pass. Risk then validates daily loss, spread, open positions, the news window, off-hours, and minimum reward-to-risk. A block means no order is sent.

Store and wallets

The store holds digital assets. Free items can be downloaded. Paid items settle from Wallet Balance after sign-in. Purchases appear in My Orders. Wallet Balance is in USD. Funding wallets hold USDT on ERC-20 and TRC-20. Transfers between them convert at the stated rate and service fee shown on the desk.

Acceptable use

You will not use the desk to evade broker or regulatory limits, share a plan, scrape other users, or attempt to extract credentials. You will not connect an account you do not control. You will not present desk colour, research, or store copy as a guarantee of profit.

Kill switch and no warranty

You can disarm the bot at any time. The kill switch stops new risk. Signals can be wrong. The software is provided as-is, without a warranty of uninterrupted operation, a particular fill, or a particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SummitFx A.I. and its operator are not liable for trading losses, missed fills, slippage, downtime, broker rejection, or a risk block you did not expect. Your maximum claim for a software defect is the plan fees you paid in the preceding 30 days.

Ending the plan

You may stop using the desk at any time. Disconnecting a venue does not cancel a plan. We may suspend an account that has incomplete account details, fails email verification, fails identity review, or abuses the service. Suspension does not move capital that sits at your broker.
